## Terms of Service
These terms apply when you access or purchase from the Sindy's Supplies online store. By using the store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
### Store details
The store is operated by Sindy's Supplies, ABN 92 501 036 824, based in Raceview, QLD 4305, Australia. Contact: Primeguardsupplies@outlook.com.
### Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
### Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, measurements, colours and availability accurately. Screen settings and supplier updates can cause minor variations. Read the complete product information and suitability details before purchasing, and supervise pets appropriately when using products.
### Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and include or exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Delivery fees, duties and other charges are shown where applicable. Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted.
Payment must be made through a payment method offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
### Orders and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or supplier unavailability. If payment has been taken for a cancelled item, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Product availability and inventory figures can change. We will contact you if an ordered product becomes unavailable.
### Fulfilment and delivery
We use third-party suppliers, fulfilment partners and carriers. Products in one order may arrive separately. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of these terms.
### Returns and consumer guarantees
Our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law where doing so would be unlawful.
### Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the store’s branding, written content, layout and original materials belong to Sindy's Supplies or are used under licence. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes but must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
### Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party website that we do not control, subject to applicable law.
### Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Any limitation is subject to the Australian Consumer Law and does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
### Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to applicable consumer protections and jurisdictional rights.
